After having a bad experience with a large box jewelry store I was referred to Paul-Randolph Jewellers. They provided me with excellent customer service. They are locally owned and operated. I have had numerous pieces of family heirloom jewelry since restored, as well as purchased new pieces and had them properly fitted. I would trust Paul-Randolph Jewellers with all of my most treasured valuables. Their service is second to none.

The shop owner, Brian, is probably more knowledgeable on gemmology and jewellery than anyone else in SE Ontario. Has a great selection of products and even does custom work. Great guy to chat with and you can tell he's passionate about his work.

Paul Randolph Jewellers has kept my jewellery in good repair since the store opened in 1976. Recently, my amber nugget was lost from my charm bracelet because the fastening had been done with glue. Brian repaired my bracelet and replaced the amber free of charge. I am very pleased with the excellent and friendly service I've had for many years.

Very attentive and personal service, nice selection. I have required jewelry repairs more than once and did great every time even on tricky jobs (including full warranty on the repair). They are also reliable which isn't always easy to find these days.

Great experience with this jeweler getting our engagement ring. Brian is very accommodating and does amazing work. I highly recommend this company!
