Wonderful Jewelry, Top Notch Service

I rarely leave reviews because I rarely can make the time. But I have been shopping at Frontenac Jewellers for about 7 years, and I would like to voice my appreciation for them. I enjoy buying jewelry for loved ones. There has rarely been a time when I have wanted to buy jewelry them that there wasn't something that I couldn't leave without buying - their selection is fairly broad, and they always have something exquisite. But their selection is eclipsed by their service. It’s quite a luxury to have jewelers in town that I can trust to take care of my infrequent but important jewelry needs. It doesn't matter if I was there a month before or 6 months before, when they're working with me I have the feeling that I'm the only one in the store, and it's been that way since the first day I walked in. I've been going to Frontenac Jewellers periodically for a year and half, and the customer service has always been on point. A very friendly atmosphere and very little waiting time for watch servicing. Although I've never purchased an item, their merchandise looks upscale and reputable. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to service their watch, or maybe someone who is looking to purchase that special item for their love one.

Trying to get the best diamond I could to fit my budget was not easy until I was reffered to this unique jewelry store. Forget the mall. Great prices, excellent service, and finally got my girl her diamond. Thanks Peter!! thanks Frontenac!!

When my husband and I wanted to re-design my engagement ring, despite being from Toronto, the first place we thought of was Frontenac Jewellers in Kingston and we absolutely made the right decision! Natasa worked with their designer to create the most stunning ring I have ever seen and that is the honest truth!! It is exceptionally beautiful with sleek and clean lines and an emphasis on the original princess diamond as a center-piece, just like I requested. Natasa and Peter pride themselves on being customer focused and it definitely shows. A HUGE thank you for creating the ring of my dreams and a piece we will cherish for a lifetime!

Peter and Natasha at Frontenac Jewellers were extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out my fiancÃ©e's engagement ring. I was very satisfied with how I was treated especially since I had no clue what I was doing. They were very personable and made me feel welcome whenever I went in. Furthermore, I had two problems with the ring that were due to the manufacturer and they took care of me amazingly well through both problems. I always felt like I was taken care of and I will definitely return their for Jewelry in the future. I have recommended them to numerous people already and will never hesitate to keep recommending in the future.
