This is a clean hock shop, with friendly staff. It's good a decent selection of merchandise, and charges decent prices for it. Overall, this is a decent place to come to if you're looking for some used games or items. They may not have the same supply of some other similar shops, but they're close. Overall, this place is worth a trip to if you're in town, but since I know of a few others in the area, it's been a while since I've had a reason to come here, as they don't offer anything competitive enough to entice me.

Great place for DVD used box sets and games. I found "NOWHERE MAN" tv series from 1995-1996 and remember how much I loved this show back in the 1990's and how I never watch the outcome of the show. Guess who is binge-watching the whole series tonight.

Rude and arrogant customer service. I went in to sell some games knowing full well of the value and only expecting to get $30 (which I received from a different hock shop) The clerk did his best to accommodate my request for the $30 but the older gentleman with the white goatee decided to talk about the games value loudly, sarcastically and ignorantly as if I was a child and have no idea how the market works, like we was battling for pricing superiority. I'll be going to bayfield from now on (they're actually part of hockshop Canada and not an independent chain using the same name like maples location) the staff at the maple location are real cucks and I won't be going back.
