Disorganized and not efficient. You have to beg them to look for stuff and find the prices. It sucks up too much time trying to buy stuff there. I want to be able to know the prices, grab my stuff and get out fast. It is really stupid to have trays saying a certain amount an under. Pricing like that is too vague and you have to waste too much time asking them to check each price. Then they start guessing Then you go to pay and the prices are different and you are back to start again. I would much rather have a touch screen of the items and prices, click on what I want then hand then the list so they can put my stuff together and I can get the heck out of there.

Mother's Day, I arrived at 5:56 PM; the store was closing at 6; a lady was at the door and told us the Store was closing in 3 minutos; first mistake on Customer Service; I knew what exactly I wanted and asked one of the Associates to show me what I wanted; she very rudely told me the Store was closed and that she could not open the showcase for me. What a service! Today you lost a sale and a Customer Thanks to the service provided.

I am trying to call this location, but they don't want to answer because it is Boxing Day. I finally got it to ring through instead of going right to voice mail. However, the staff will not answer, they keep picking up and then hanging up the phone on me. Sorry, I don't want to drive all the way to Cookstown for an answer to my simple question.

They don't answer the phone. Ever. Then you drive all the way there so they can RUDELY tell you they don't have what you want. Seems to be every one of their stores are like that. Not sure how they are still in business. Buying Swarovski instead.
