Thanks to Mahim (Store Manager) and his dedicated team, I was able to purchase my wife's engagement ring and wedding bands, while having an amazing customer customer experience. I got exactly what I was looking for and my wife was blown away. I'll be coming back for future anniversary presents! Thanks again for all your help along the way.

Incredibly disappointing. Engagement ring took 4 weeks to size. Lost a diamond within the first month, took the ring and the diamond in to be repaired, was told it would take another four weeks to fix. We get a call 3 weeks later saying that we have to pay for the replacement diamond .. apparently the diamond we sent in disappeared. We reminded them we have a repair & replace warranty and we will not be paying. Finally get it back, almost 6 weeks later, now my wedding band has cracked within a month of wearing it! The usual 4 week repair window, it came back STILL CRACKED. It has gone out again to be "repaired". This company is a disaster and needs to realize that they're dealing with things that are important to people. I'll never buy anything else from People's.

My boyfriend had purchased a bracelet for our anniversary. A gorgeous bracelet don't get me wrong. I had to get it sized took 2 weeks (slightly disappointed that it took that long). Once I received my bracelet, I was so excited to wear it! I had it for 2 days and the clip wasn't securing the bracelet. I brought it back the manager fixed it on the spot. 2 days later it broke! I brought it back they gave me a new bracelet (that I'm happy they did without any problems). I got the new bracelet within a week. I had it for one day realized that it only had 13 diamonds and was missing 11 of them and the clip broke again. This was so frustrating as I had a problem the first time you would think that would double check everything. But yet again missed diamonds it felt like they ripped us off and just wanted to see if we noticed. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone to come here. Its unfortunate that we had such a terrible experience and I wish it was better but we ended up getting our money back and went to a small town jewelry instead!

Great selection of all types of jewelry and reasonable prices. Sales staff could use some training on listening to customers better rather than relying on their sales pitch
