Small independent family-run business that gives each customer the attention they should be getting when in the market for something as personable as jewellry. I've bought a few pieces here over the past few years and have always had a great experience.

Was recommended Kahn's by a colleague when it was time to pop the big question. I had a small and modest budget for an engagement ring and consultant with their team. I spent few weeks with their goldsmith prior to leaving the country to come up with a concept to custom design a ring. Even after I had left I was able to get in a few skype sessions with the goldsmith to get real-time updates on how the ring was turning out. The end result was incredible. We sourced out a polar diamond from Canada (Kahns doesn't deal with blood diamonds) that was small but flawless. I learned all about the three C's of diamond shopping from their knowledgable staff (cut, colour, and clarity) and I was sure to get the best one I could afford. My wife and I could not have been happier with the ring. We live in Toronto and every now and then we travel to Guelph to get our rings polished for free. We are always greeted with a warm welcome when we return. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a custom piece. Kieu's attention to detail mirrors is decades of experience and the front of hosue staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice people who do great work in jewelery repair, happy to have found them.

The worst jewelry shop I've ever been to. I went there to change the battery of the watch I just bought my boyfriend and I get back home with a watch that's entirely scratched (back and front). The amount of damage is a lot more than the usual and I guess they abviously did not have the right tool to open it. I don't understand how you could do something like that. If you don't know how to open it you just don't do it and if you still want to try you tell the CLIENT/CUSTOMER/PERSON WHO PAYS FOR A SERVICE that you might damage it. Because it's not the glass part that's been damage they treat me like I'm a liar and now I have a brand new 300$ present that I can't even give and I paid 15$ for that. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR NON EXISTANT UNDERSTANDING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
