Location is clean and well-maintained. Parking is sufficient for the type of business (this isn't a high traffic place, with 100s of people coming in and out ) but with Victoria Street being what it is, it can be hard to get out of the lot when you are done (I have often resorted to leaving by a side street and doubling back). Staff are polite and attentive. Ample supply of books and accessories. Well-lit and organized. They make picking up orders a breeze and are usually fairly quick to fill orders made through the website. Recently a staff member I had not seen before shook my hand and thanked me for my business and wished me a great day, which in this day and age is an uncommon occurrence. I have never had an unpleasant experience with staff here. Events are handled swiftly (coin swaps, artist signings). For a somewhat niche hobby this business is friendly and welcoming.

Whether I'm buying or selling, it's always a pleasure doing business with Colonial Acres Coins. Their auctions are handled very professionally, and their team of staff are always very helpful. Special thanks to Kirk Parsons; he helps run an excellent store, and is always great to do business with!

I've increased my rating to reflect a recent positive experience with them. Although I didnt have a great first impression, the last visit was fast and friendly with good pricing.

Awesome Place to exchange silver and gold. Very knowledgeable. Pay way better than Weekend Hotel exchange companies. Fair. Trustworthy..have dealt with for several years.
