The employees are all super nice. However, I think this location might benefit from better communication amongst employees. Where to start... 1) We ordered a ring and the person putting in our information for the order had the wrong email so we were never notified when our order came in (no one called us either). 2) When we stopped by two weeks later to see if it had been delivered because they said it would take about a week, they wouldn't give the ring to my fiancé because it was under my name (fair enough) so he told them I would be by on Saturday to pick it up. I go there on Saturday and found out someone had sent it back to the online retailer which they found out from calling the person who was working when my fiancé. Ended up wasting over an hour at the store. 3) Finally, we reordered the ring from the warehouse and the sales person was to update the information so that they would call and email me directly when it came in. She did not end up doing this because the file was still under my fiancés number when we came in the final time. 4) When we came in the final time it still took half an hour to locate the ring again because they didn't know where it was. There are like 5 different places for orders to be and of course it ended up being in the last possible spot they could look. The ring itself seems fine so far, but would unfortunately not recommend this location. Everyone is nice, but it was a bit of a nightmare and a waste of time shopping here.

At the risk of talking too long in an online review - I had a great experience with this location after having a really terrible one. The manager was amazing at making it right and I would not hesitate to go back and purchase from them again.

One of the few jewelry stores that the employees don't make me feel uncomfortable the moment I walk in. Super nice and helpful!

If I could rate this store a -5 I would. My fiance and I decided to get 2 heirloom rings resized and dipped in white gold. What we thought was a normal procedure for a jewellery store. Apparently not.....they pressured us to almost no end to also have the claw work on the rings done. We told them multiple times we did not want this work done as we were trying to save money for our wedding. They assured us the work would not be done. When we got the 1st ring back 2 weeks later they decided to do the claw work anyways and attempt to charge us for it. Not only that, trying to call and get any type of update on the status of the ring was causing my hairline to recede at a rapid pace. The only staff member who has a clue in that store is the assistant manager. The 2nd ring was being paid for by another family member as a Christmas gift to my fiance. It has now been a month since the ring was dropped off. We have called over 3 times to try and get an update on the ring. Every time the associate on the other end cannot located the file or get us the information and says they will call us back. Have not received a single call back yet. I would expect that a large company like Peoples, would take a customers personal heirloom jewellery and their feelings into some kind of consideration. Regardless of who we have spoken too at this store I have yet to walk away or hang up feeling like we made the right decision trusting them to do the work. After this experience I will be sure to advise any friends and family not to do any type of business with this store. The lack of respect and simple disregard for a customers property is frightening.
