Not my experience, but a dear friend of mine had a horrible one. She's a lovely senior lady who purchased a pair of "gold" earrings. The owner told her he'd sell them to her for $180 cash with no tax. She brought them home and was showing her husband when they noticed the "gold" was peeling off. She tried to return them and the owner claimed that there was no receipt, so he must not have sold them to her. He refused to refund her money. She was so upset that she left without the earrings and without the money. She returned the next day and he was so terrible that she got security. Owner then said he'd give her $50 back and he'd keep the earrings if she signed a paper to the fact. The security guard told her not to sign anything and to report the incident to the police. She was so upset that again, she left without earrings and without her money. She's too embarrassed to report to the police. AVOID THIS CROOKED BUSINESS.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I visited this store to get 3 watch batteries changed and made an effort to visit a small shop to support local, but that ended up being a huge mistake. Not only was the owner extremely rude and unfriendly, but he said it would take 10-15 minutes to change 3 watch batteries and it took him more than FIFTY minutes. When he finally returned my watches, one of the numbers on the watch face of one of my watches had popped off. He made no effort to fix it until I asked him and he said it would take a "week or so". It's now been a week or so, so I called to follow up and he thought I needed a watch battery replacement and told me it will be "another week or so" until I get it back. This is the worst service I've ever experienced and I'm concerned I won't even get my watch back in one piece or at all.

Terrible service. We were looking for engagement rings and he asked us if we were buying or just looking. I told him we weren't buying anything that day but we were looking for rings. He tells me to look elsewhere.

My wife left my watch there to have the battery replaced. She was busy and couldn’t get back to pick it up for a few days. Now he can’t find it, and is making no effort to. I’m not sure that he didn’t sell it. We are still trying to get it back, but at this point I’m not very hopeful. If I could give lower rating and add “theft” to the review I would.
