Anything I have bought or have had bought for me has been perfect. Also any repairs I have had in this store were done with quality workmanship. My husband and I have been dealing with this place when it was in the Strasburg plaza and also on Ottawa Street when they moved. That's a long time. The people are friendly and kind and make sure you are happy with your purchase. I wish all store owners took such pride in their business. Definitely a go to place for your jewelry needs.

I brought a ring in to be sized I Never thought would look the same after being sized. Due to the fact that it had a snake print all around it. But when I picked up my ring I was so amazed that it never even looked like I had brought it in to have it sized. It looked exactly as I had bought in the store. What an amazing job. I love my ring. Thank you so much.

We purchased our engagement and wedding bands from Vans Jewellers and would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They are a small family owned and operated store with great selection you can't find in any of the cookie-cutter chains. I've had many compliments on my wedding set and absolutely love them. We've been back to the store a few times for complimentary ring cleaning and diamond checks and the owners have always been very friendly and personable.

My husband was in earlier to get links taken out of his watch . It only took a few minutes . While he was waiting he decided check out a gift for a wedding present. He liked what he saw, but didn't buy it without me taking a look at it as well. We went back and the woman was friendly, and she remembered my husband right away. Ray showed me the item in the display case, and the owner said we could take it out to get a better look at it.We both liked it and decided to buy it. It was also on sale for 50 % off.Looking at other items in the store the owner helped us with questions, etc. My husband and I have been in Van Jewellers a few times .We bought our wedding/engagement rings there, jewellery cleaner, etc. The owners and staff are always very helpful, very friendly, very experienced/ knowledgeable. We have never been disappointed in this store. A pleasurable experience every time we come in.

They close early without warning or explanation. Almost like they do not care about customers. I left work early, and got to the store 46 minutes before scheduled closing time. The lights were off and not a soul present. Thanks for jerking me around.
