Went in for a new battery for my watch. They helped me super quick and cheap. Really friendly staff and overall it was a great experience. Thank you Dec Jewellery :)

I had my wedding ring (previously three bands, yellow gold), totally redesigned by Mr.Dec. I cannot express how grateful I am, and, how I am "in love", with by new ring. It is now white gold with diamonds of varying sizes, in one band. Not only is it unique, it looks absolutely amazing! Truly one of a kind. Stunning beauty to last a lifetime and perhaps to be loved by generations to come. Thank you for your phenomenal workmanship and dedication!

Any jewelry that i've needed fixed, i've had it done here. I've been here many times over the years, and Decs is the only place that I go to for this type of service. The owner is a good guy, and is the one that actual works here, so he makes sure that things are done properly.

I brought my Swiss Army watch into Dec for a battery change because it was losing time. He said the battery was fine and suggested it was in need of a cleaning/ lubrication/ overhaul. The watch is almost 15 years old so I agreed. It subsequently kept losing time so in hindsight the oil & lube wasn't the issue. What impressed me was that Dec kept at it, kept taking the watch back and assuring me he would find the problem. And he did, eventually replacing the circuit board (?), all at no additional cost. He's an honest and hardworking individual, and I'd have no concern bringing my business to him in the future.

Best guy I know for watches and only person I go to. Very helpful and gives good advice without pushing you for money. It's hard to find honest independent shop keepers, but this guy is trustworthy!
