My fiancÃ© and I had my engagement ring custom designed at Hempen Jewellers and we are thrilled with how it turned out! We will definitely be back for our bands in the future! 10/10 experience - I would recommend Hempen Jewellers to anyone looking for a special, personalized piece of jewelry for whatever occasion it may be!

My family has used Hempen Jewellers for every special occasion in the past 35 years. The quality, craftsmanship and personal attention given to each customer is first class. They have an incredible selection of unique, high end jewellery and a great eye for designing special pieces for special occasions. They are trustworthy, reliable and generally just wonderful people.

Hempen Jewellers is an institution in the Town of Newmarket. I believe in supporting small, independent businesses. But what makes it even better is the level of service they offer. The owners and their staff have been amazing to deal with over the years, from purchases, custom designs, and repairs, there's no other place I would go. The coolest part frankly, is that you can literally take any photo in and they can design it and make it. Not many can offer that kind of specialty service. Highly recommend using them.

After my brother referred me to Hempen I went there to speak to them about getting an engagement ring. From the first interaction Tom and his team were knowledgeable and professional. Tom took the time to explain to me the proper way to choose a diamond and what key characteristics to focus on. After taking some time to decide on the engagement ring style I went back in and asked them to create a ring for my now wife based on some designsi gave them. Sophie designed a beautiful ring for me. It was perfect. We also had both of our wedding bands crafted at Hempen afterwards and could not be happier with the results. As I wait in the airport to board the plane for our honeymoon I'm happy to say I'm extremely glad I chose Hempen. There is a reason they have been around 50+ years. There knowledge, attention to detail and customer service made my experience a great one. You will not be disappointed, I will be back for any and all jewelry needs in the future. Thank you again Tom and Sophie!

I have been doing business with Hempen's Jewellers for over 30 years. I just purchased a custom princess cut diamond ring that I will adore and wear for years to come. Do not be disappointed! Go to a reputable jeweller who has your best interests in mind. This family owned business is one of the best in town!
