If I could give Evangelos more than 5 stars, I would. I called Evangelos a couple of weeks ago after my 20 year old brother's best friend tragically died in a car accident. I was interested in purchasing 7 engraved Dog Tag Necklaces for my brother and all of his closest friends to commemorate the friend that they had lost. When I called to inquire about availability and cost, I spoke with Penny. Penny was so incredibly kind, compassionate, knowledgable and helpful that I knew right away I was going to be purchasing the necklaces from her. My order was time sensitive because I wanted them before the funeral, and wow did her and Scott (I believe that is his name) go above and beyond. From the day that I put the order in, they rushed the necklaces in from Montreal, got them downtown to their other location to be engraved and back to Stouffville in TWO DAYS. Not only did they do that, but they gave me a very fair price. When a business goes above and beyond for you in a difficult time like they did, not only does it blow you away, but you become a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody. Just the best people with beautiful jewellery. The necklaces were so loved by the boys, that I have now put an order in for 4 more. They have honoured the great price that they gave me before, which was unexpected but much appreciated, and Penny put the order into the factory within minutes of me calling and requesting them. Penny, you have my utmost appreciation for all of your help. Coming across people like you in business is very rare. A million "thank yous" to you and Scott. -Emily

Absolutely fantastic selection of fine jewellery. The staff was great, as well as extremely patient with my indecisiveness. They helped me pick out my wife’s engagement ring and it’s her favourite thing in the world. Our wedding bands are beautiful too. Just perfect. Proud to be able to wear these amazing pieces until the end of time.

I purchased my now wife's engagement ring here 2 1/2 years ago. They were friendly knowledgeable and nice. We went back to purchase our wedding bands here also watches bracelts amoung other things. Id say we spent $16-18,000 with them. Also i brought a friend there to spend an additional $12,000 or more purchasing his wifes engagement ring there. Recently my wife went to get her ring resized since we had a baby. She's never had any of her rings resized previously. Upon picking up the rings she was ready to leave and they stopped her and asked for payment of $150 for the resize of the rings. Now i understand the small cost of the rings being resized however when a customer comes into the shop to spend good money and going forward in life there will be events such as anniversary Christmas birthday and so on, they should be able to absorb that small cost in appreciation of a continued relationship with the client continuously returning to spend their hard earned money at their establishment. That's a petty way to lose my business going forward. Im aware we would have to pay to resize the ring if we took it else where but I know for fact that a company such as finch jewelers would take care of their clients if they are in need of work to their products. It seems to be a classic case of what have you done for me lately.
