Robert is amazing!!! He was able to customize my engagement ring, my wedding band and my fiance's band based on my Pinterest's board. He walked us through every step, from choosing the right materials, combining our input and his own expert advise in the design, to the final finishes. Our rings came out even more beautiful than the original photos. Not only they are one-of-the-kind, they reflect who we are and cater to our everyday uses. We always know that we do not want our wedding jewelries from big box stores but did not think we could afford personalized service. Clearly, we were wrong because his price is very competitive. To top it off, Robert is very personable and pleasant to deal with, he even kept his store open late to accommodate our busy schedule. Highly recommended

Robert made the experience of buying my wife jewelry for her fortieth birthday enjoyable. His knowledge and expertise really helped when my wife then asked to have some vintage jewelry of her grandmother's combined into a new ring and another ring altered to her tastes. The result was beautiful pieces that we look forward to passing down to our own daughters one day. We would recommend Robert's talents to any of our friends and family, in particular those who are looking for custom timeless peices.

Terrible Customer Service. We brought in an engagement ring for repair that had been damaged because it was closed in a door. We got several quotes and Robert was more expensive but seemed to know what he was talking about. After leaving it with him several days, the ring was brought back to round and the diamond setting which was lose was tightened. However the setting was still crooked. When this was pointed out to him, Robert decided to argue that we didn't ask him to fix the setting. We asked him to "fix" the ring. That includes it being bent. He quoted us wrong, didn't bring back the ring to its original state and then told us it was our fault for not specifically asking him to fix the setting. Apparently fixing the setting is possible and he can do it for an additional fee. We took our business elsewhere.

Robert Cleeve is one of the best custom jewellers I have met. I had masonic ring from my great grandfather that I had him create a brand new ring around. He worked with me on the design for several weeks before we found one that I liked, then he custom made it based on the casting. The ring looks amazing and has stood up to years of wear and tear. If you need a high quality custom piece of jewelry, Rob certainly has the skill to bring your idea to life.

Rob Cleeve is professional and courteous. I was involved in the design of my wife's engagement ring and was presented with many options to fit my budget. He crafted the ring earlier than anticipated and I was delivered a fantastic engagement ring. It has been a couple years now and we have had zero problems with the ring and my wife has had many compliments. I used to buy jewelry at the stores in the mall, but we had numerous issues with quality. I highly recommend anyone to visit Rob Cleeve Jewelers for high quality custom jeweler at a fair market price.
