I purchased a ring from here, and during the process I asked that a ring I liked be kept aside for me. It somehow got misplaced and the lady helping me looked at me in confusion. It was later found, which was fine, they didn't make any actual accusations toward me, but during checkout there was no thank you, smile or anything. The receipt was slid across the table and my bag put on the counter. I'm the one who had to say thank you, for MY purchase. Was not impressed as a first time shopper here. Would not return.

Xu helped me so much today for buying my first Valentine gift in Canada. She was fast and spent a lot of time, trying different combination of "Charms" for me. She was friendly, patient and with smile. Some times she commented very politely to make my gift better as she has many more experience in Pandora charmes, than me. I guess not all staffs are patient here, so it was my chance. Great place with many different charms located in the Hillcrest Mall. Thank you Xu for making my first Pandora experience unforgettable & happy new year!

Went into the store with my mom so she could use her gift card and the sales lady who helped us was absolutely horrible. She was very rude and not helpful at all. She had a miserable look on her face and not friendly at all. She insulted my mom and acted as if she was better than us. If I'm going into a store to spend money , I expect to be treated like a human being in the least. It's such a shame because all the other sales associates seemed so lovely.

I had a pretty good experience with the customer representative, Mei. She was very nice and took the time to find the right size rings for me. Throughout the entire transaction she was patient, friendly and just pretty decent customer service in general. When I enquired about I Love Music charm she was willing to find it for me with no attitude. A+ customer service as she was the only one who greeted me when I entered the store and thanked me for my business. On the other hand, the store manager Susy (I believe this is how her name is spelled I can’t remember the exact spelling) was very impatient and sounded quite annoying while helping her customers. I even saw her rolling her eyes when a mother and a daughter called her out on her poor customer service. Pretty surprised to see that Mei has very satisfying customer service while being under a manager who is the total opposite. Overall, I felt a bit intimidated to enter the store first because the store manager looked hella pissed and unfriently but Mei made my day afterwards. Thank you for the great customer service I really appreciated it. ❤️

Really they are rude. I had to wait at least 20 min for 1 CR, when I asked them something they answered so bad.
