It was a great day picking up my watch from the store with the outstanding assistance of Flora. She was very accommodating and was very attentive to my requests. She will definitely be my go-to person for my Rolex needs. Phil was also very patient in adjusting my bracelet and did an awesome job. Although I live in Ottawa this would be the only store I will deal with when I buy my next Rolex watch.

Best shopping experience for Rolex & Tudor watches. It's as if you are taking a cruise trip. The biggest and fanciest cruise ship doesn't mean it's the best experience. The best cruise experience is in fact with some of the smaller ships where the guest-crew ratio is a lot lower than the bigger ships. This is exactly what I feel when I walk into this store - you get the attention and service you deserved from the welcoming and knowledgeable staffs (trust me, the worst experience is that you walk into a store, willing to spend thousands of dollars, but nobody gives a damn). Ask for Grace. She's the best. We've maintained a very good relationship since our first purchase years ago. Still happy today.

This is the toy store for big boys and girls :), and the only place I would go to buy a rolly. This new location is much bigger than most Rolex boutique I have seen. It has a beautiful selection of stocks, and did I mentioned about the lounge? Grace is my go-to girl for questions, sizing, and maintenance or anything about my toys. She always impresses my friends and me, and let us try on any watch in the store. You can tell someone is knowledgeable and passionate about something when he or she has been focusing on one subject for many years. Enjoy your shopping experience and your beautiful time piece.

As a "consumer" grade watch store, it is okay. As a luxury watch dealer, however, it is below par. Fact that the sales people would bring out a tray when you ask to see a watch, but never even bother to put the tray in front of customer so I can put my watch on it. That shows the level of service you get here. I expect that from some place selling TAG Heuer. How you judge this place is dependent on whether you consider Rolex to be "luxury". In the realm of high horology, this is pretty much what you expect. Mind you, there are Rolex dealers with way better service.

Hands down the best Rolex AD that Iâ€™ve visited. Amazing customer service and their Rolex collection is very comprehensive. Jonathan was our sale rep and I cannot recommend him enough.
