Went in and expected them to be busy, I was perfectly fine with. Had one associate come by and say she was just leaving and another would be right with me. Saw her go over and tell one of the associates. I waited and watched both associates finish with their clients and bypass me and help brand new customers who entered.

Helpful but pricey

I was helped by Enisa to purchase an engagement ring and two wedding bands. She was fantastic. Very helpful and well educated on the stores ring selection. I ended up changing my mind on my wedding band. It was purchased in July, but not picked up from the store until october. Although this was past 60 days of purchase, they were understanding and worked with us on an exchange.

Bought my and my fiancé's wedding bands here. Adam was so awesome to deal with. He seems pretty new at sales and to the store but is still personable and works hard to get deals for you. He took 30 dollars off my purchase cause he accidentally told me. Would recommend the store always pleasant.

went here on black friday to look at wedding rings for myself and my fiance. When we got there it was a little busy as expected, we sat down to wait for an associate, one lady came over and started to show us some rings that we weren't to keen on. She had told us that she was going to go back and finish up with the couple that she was dealing with then come back which was okay with us we were enjoying looking around as this is obviously an exciting time for us. Once the lady finished with the other couple she was on her way back to us walked right past us to another couple who had just walked in and proceeded to help them. At this point we were sitting in the store for 30 mins and had enough. It is one thing to wait while others are being helped that are there before you, its another to sit there and watch the same person help others who had just walked in. Needless to say we walked out and will never go back! We will bring our business elsewhere. Maybe it is because the other couple were looking at super expensive rings?? Either way that is not a way to run a business.
