I have been using R.G. Huxley Jewelers for quite some time. This is a great family owned store. Yesterday, the owner's wife came by and fixed a little charm that had come off the bracelet my daughter gave to me some years ago. Not anything of value except sentimentally. I am a bit challenged mobility wise. She offered to do this for me out of the kindness of her heart and it was such a kindness to me because of the terrible weather we have been having. Whenever I go in there everyone is always very welcoming and warm and friendly. Highly recommend. Great service and good value for the money.

Had a watch battery replaced. Cheap, fast and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. Great service.

This is a family owned business well worth supporting; the owners are friendly and knowledgable. The atmosphere feels genuine and welcoming; it makes you feel good doing business with them. I brought in a strand of pearls for restringing (they send them out) and was told they'd be ready before the weekend. On Friday morning, I received a phone call letting me know the pearls were ready for pick-up. In addition, without hesitation they answered questions regarding the pearls; when I went to another jeweller prior to visiting R G Huxley, I couldn't get any information from them unless I paid $70 for an appraisal.

My ring has a suspended marquis diamond which fell out. RG Huxley jewelers built a basket for underneath the stone (barely noticeable) then reset the stone. It looks beautiful and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their work. Thank you for a job well done!
