I don't know why this lady gave them a bad review, I've also never written a review for a business before, but my experience with Sumner was phenomenal. This should be your first jewellery stop in London. I have gone to many places before I found out about Sumner. Seriously, they will give you the best value that you can possibly get for your money. They have a very large selection of rings and the owner is so nice he will really try his best to accommodate your budget. It is a small business and reputation for them is everything. I bought an incredible diamond ring for the best price anyone could ever find, and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I would like to share my pleasure dealing with Jeff at Sumner. He provides a very professional service, knowledgeable jeweller, knows his products inside and out. He was totally honest, and gave excellent accurate advice that clearly came from years of experience. I would truly highly recommend Sumner as a jewellery stop in London! He does his job from the heart, he will not leave you disappointed.

You know I've never written a review of a business before, but my experience with Sumner's has prompted me to do so for the very first time. They claim to be experts in antique jewellery. In fact, their business is the first one that comes up when you search "antique jewellery" in London. I brought in a platinum ring that isn't even a century old. Not only could they not fix it in any way, but they returned it to me in a worse state than how they'd received it. One section is bent and a small diamond is broken. They didn't address this when giving it back to me, only showing me where they'd tried to weld it. If you have antique jewellery, keep it away from this store.
