I went in and the lady helping me was incredibly rude. I did not feel like I was welcome at all. She was scoffing at me for a good few minutes and I decided I wasn't gonna spend my money there with that low of customer service.

The girls that work here have a bad attitude and are generally rude! Pandora should consider employing people who have customer service skills and who know how to smile!!!! Product knowledge and promotion knowledge would be an and added bonus!!! I would give them zero stars if I could!

Daytime shopping did not make for faster or better service. The sales associate was dismissive and barely verbal. Each time I've been in the store (evenings, weekdays, weekends) they've had multiple people behind cash doing nothing except watching each other and touching purchases. They only have 2 tills and today only one was being used. My daughter's ring lost a stone within a week. We exchanged it for a new one without issues and another some fell out within 3 hours!! Terrible quality!

Spent a lot of money here and the management would not even give me the time of day. She was extremely rude and just didn’t care. I even called head office to complain about her cause she was so rude. I’m sorry but if you are dealing with higher class jewelry you should give your clients the time of day.. but she did not. Nothing but rude.

Rude associate and they are so cheap that they don't even give you a silver polish bag till I went back to ask for one. The worst part is the associate reluctantly give me one polish bag after I spend $300 in that store.
