I honestly wish i could give them less than 1 star rating. ive shopped there many times before and after my last large purchase they gave me an incentive to return... purchase any item $300 before taxes and get $100 off... when i recieved this coupon from them i asked if it would apply on sale items as well as it was above $300... the associate assured me that it would. she even put her name on a print out of a watch i was considering and said to just come in anytime before that deal expires. i even went as far as calling in on 2 seperate occasions to make sure i understood the terms fully... when i was ready to purchase, they gave me a hard time . it seemed it was because the watch was on a "too good to be true sale" as it was and therefore an extra $100 seemed to be too much... the same lady was there however another lady was insistent on me not obtaining this item... i became so upset and just left. told them to keep their coupon as well... the interesting thing is that on the coupon it clearly states that you can use this on any sale item or discounted item as long as it exceeds $300 before taxes.... but whatever.

There’s very less staff but a long line of people who just look around and not buy anything.. well exploring isn’t bad but don’t blame workers if it’s too busy and nobody is helping you!! We had good experience so far, nice and friendly staff..

I would give zero stars to this if that was an option. Worst customer service experience ever. They dont even know how to acknowledge the customer entering in their store. All five people were so busy talking about their life stories, investments and what they had for lunch instead of wrlcoming a customer. Highly unsatisfied . Staff doesnt even know how to smile. I wonder these are the face of company . They represent PEOPLES.

Waited almost 20 minutes near the computers. She looked over in my direction didnt even acknowledge me. Then walked right past me and went to another customer that came in not even a 1 minute ago. I didnt even get to make a payment. No help at all.
