The lady I don't know her name is extremely rude. She has zero customer service qualities . Some Customers r treated as if they r giving away jwellery for free. Never again in this store. Later dealt with a girl named Ritu .She was very kind and helpful. Zero stars

This place is such a scam, don’t even bother coming here. I have never left a google review before but I feel like people really need to avoid this place. Bought two pairs of earrings from them, one of them broke the next day and when we went back to the store they were acting all accommodating saying that they will give us store credit and we could redeem the same price anytime we come in next. When we went to redeem, they were like we can only give you partial credit since that’s what the grams are worth now, so they only gave $100 of credit from our original $250 purchase despite us having receipts. It would have been understandable if they had told us that and had been up front about it when we had first went with the issue rather than telling us we would have the same amount of credit, plus the unnecessary rudeness of the lady wasn't warranted. Definitely won’t be going back.

I bought 3, 22 carat chains in Dec, by January, 1 chain already broke. By February it broke 3 times .They told us that it was our fault, I repaired it, twice at my expense. Then the 2nd chain started coming apart. They were very rude, when we asked about the quality of their product and to explain how this happened. The staff here just want your money, after you buy, there is no customer service, as they were very rude and started yelling at us, and and not supportive at all. Whatever happened to customer service? Do not spend your hard earned money there!!!!!They are thieves!!!!They do not deserve even 1 star

I had the worst experience here. I bought a chain which I was told was good quality and can be worn every day. The chain broke within 3 months and when I asked them to repair it they denied saying how the chain is not meant to be worn regularly and blaming me for its low quality. They are selling fake jewelry and have very poor customer service. The lady yelled at me when I tried to voice my concerns
