Really excellent and I am more than happy with everything I bought here. I have been at this jewelry for the first time and treated me as a family and I had a very good deal, as I bought a bracelet and set of earrings for my daughter and she really loved it. They know what customer wants and serves the customer very nicely.

I came to Bagga Jewellers with my family one week ago, and I had a great experience with the staff. They treated me very well and welcomed me warmly into the store! I bought numerous pieces of unique jewellery and I must say that they have a wide range of jewellery to choose from. They also charge very reasonably. I highly recommend this jewellery store to everyone!

I went to Bagga Jewellers last week for the first time. I was really impressed with Mr. Bagga. Talk about great service. He doesnâ€™t pressure you or try to upsell you. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I bought a diamond ring for my mom and I think I got a pretty nice deal. My mom loved the ring, thanks to his advice. Happy shopping with him!

Worst customer service in jewellers seen ever.First time My husband and I went to bagga jewellers to buy a ring, we travelled from waterloo which is around 80km. Owner of the shop started showing rings I didnt like any of them which are currently present there and when I asked if he can show more varities then he simply denied that whatever is there is there i guess he thought like we are doing time pass and not going to buy any ring so why to spent time with them and when I asked for his opinion on couple of rings then he started replying in such a way that it feel like that he is trying to get rid of us as soon as possible.After seeing his attitude, we just left from the shop and told our experience to more than 10 families. We would never like to deal with him again.
