I received earrings from Peoples (Woodbine Mall) as a birthday gift. Excited to wear my new earrings I put them on and wore it every day for a week until suddenly I noticed the backing (pole) of the earring starting to bend and it eventually came off. I'm really shocked that a predominant company such as People is being to loose their quality, I believe I would have received better quality product coming from India or China!

I purchased a watch from woodbine and the manager and store clerk were very helpful Mary and the store manage Shilti went above and beyond to get my purchase in. I had a little misapp waiting for it, but it was definitely not any fault of theirs. they followed up and kept me update and called as soon as it was in. the watch that I wanted wasn't even on there website and the called the head office and got authorization to order it for me, I didn't even had to put a deposit. I would definitely recommend this location .

The store associate was not very helpful, she wanted me to buy a more expensive item, rather to pick something reasonably within my budget, and she made me feel bad. Peoples Jewellers is a good jewelry store with okay pieces, but dealing with a associate like the one I dealt with turned me off from the store and the piece of jewelry that i was going to buy. I went to Sam's Watches and Jewellery instead they are within in the mall, they had better pieces and the staff treat you with respect, was happy with my purchase with them.
