The two gentlemen that helped me out were both very kind and helpful. You could tell that they are willing to go above and beyond whether the purchase is small or large. I will definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

My husband got the most beatiful diamon earrings here. They even had a screw back so they wont fall out. We also get watch batteries replaced. Very friendly and amazi g service

Personally I love the store, I only recommend them for when I know someone who needs their services. There is no bull, they have a nice selections, and the staff is nice and local to the dundas/hamilton region.

I gave them a one but would give them a zero if the option was available. I brought my mothers wedding ring in for repair.I didn't ask but was told that the was valued at around $2,500 (3 diamonds on a gold and white gold and white gold band). Due to circumstances more than 6 months passed. I lost the little tag and then tried to claim it with my information. I was told by the woman behind the counter that there was no ring at the store. This was a few years ago and I am leaving the review here because I have never forgotten what these deceitful thieves did. My mother died and I would have buried her with her ring but instead had to bury her with a replacement ring. I will always have a bit of hatred for this store. Most places would not use the loss of a tag as an opportunity to keep jewelry. I am sorry I took my mothers ring to them.
