One of the only places in Kitchener to get Crystals and such. The owner used to be just jewelry sales but jumped on the holistic boat. I don't really trust her and she seems to make things up or try to amplify peoples insecurities to make a buck... but its one of the only places to buy the stuff they sell (outside of the Rock Spa which has a bigger selection). Even with this type of owner I have to give the store an okay review because the products speak for themselves.

The store is nice and offers fair products. However, the shop owner has a very negative holy-than-thou energy to her if you take any actions or show an opinion contrary to her world view. She also does not post store policies and shames customer when they do not know these policies. She also burns an offensive level of incense completely insensitive to asthmatic patrons. Would not recommend.

Pam is incredible and will go the extra mile to make sure you are more than happy with your purchase. I've bought both my wife's and my wedding bands from her along with a ring for my daughter! Incredible store run by amazing people!

Pamela is an amazing person. Staff are trained well. I definitely recommend visiting, you never know what you are going to find! I love this place!

Store owner incredibly condescending and makes assumptions about customers (and tries to shame them) with no basis. She claims it comes from "a place of love", but is clearly confusing love with moral superiority.
