I went in today looking to purchase a charm bracelet. Only one sales rep in the store, which isn’t ideal but I guess they can manage when it’s slower times. However, the only rep at the store didn’t even acknowledge me, no hello or “I’ll be with you shortly” as she was cashing out another customer. After 15 minutes of no acknowledgement and waiting in line to pay I left empty handed. I’ll take my business somewhere else where I am valued.

Was not pleased on customer service. Seems if you don't shop there all dressed up with hair and make up you are looked down on. That is the feeling I experienced last time I was there. Was constantly watched the entire time. I was there to shop and buy. Not steal. My clothing choices are what I am comfortable with.

By far the worst jewelry purchase experience I’ve had. It was a boxing day, so I was prepared to wait, but as I stood in front of the line, I could see about 3 execs chatting away but not attending the people waiting outside for a long time. After long wait, we were let in & had a bit too odd purchase experience. The sales exec wasn’t willing to show as many options, wouldn’t let me try on jewelry. Said if I try on stuff, it’s a health hazard (so weird), while I was seeing other people putting on things to check! I still ended up buying a few things and my checkout experience could not have been more bizarre. I’m not returning back to this store & suggest avoiding if possible.

Nasty woman with short, badly dyed blond hair shaking her head at me, telling me to leave because I can't immediately be "helped" as soon as I take a breath in the store? I'm trying to Christmas shop and treat my Mother to exhilarating jewelry/accessories, and this is how I'm met? Terrible. There's no place in a shopping facility for a location with employee representation that has no idea how to put their best foot forward by at least showing a good front and not looking down at those enter, simply because they're awful at dividing attention.

" Totally disappointing Experience, Never Visiting This Store Again " I visited this Pandora store with 2 of my friends last week and I want to explain a bad experience I had. I went to get a ring and the salesperson showed me some affordable rings and I tried them on. I liked one if them that truly fits me which is 7. But the salesperson told its size 7.5 but it was actually size 7. The ring looked good with no issues. She billed for the ring and we left the store. As soon as I get out io the store I just wanted to make sure that I have the ring with me I opened the box and when I looked I found some defect on it. I brought the ring right back to the store and asked them about the ring and they were saying they didn't sell that ring and accused as for stealing the ring. In the bill, the ring was billed as size 5, but the ring was actually 7 but the salesperson told me its 7.5. They were so rude about that situation. They were saying they don't sell rings like this and coz it was used. They didn't ask the person who sold us the ring about what happend instead they were saying " I trained her she won't make a mistake ". Later on they called the salesperson and she said she sold it and she said it's 7.5. We were so confused about the whole situation. The store manager didn't do anything but accusing as for stealing even after hearing from her employee. The manager said she's gonna look at the cameras the next day and contact me and reluctantly gave me the ring that day. I haven't received any calls from them yet atleast with an apology. I'm totally disappointed with there customer service and I don't recommend this store nor pandora for anyone.
