I called Gem Bijou to inquire about a particular watch. Sam was extremely courteous on the phone and I came to the store a few days later to view the piece. I was not disappointed! Sam and Brent were a pleasure to deal with and very down to earth. Sam gave me a very good price on the watch and included a beautiful gift with purchase. They have a great selection too! I plan to come back for a future purchase. Many thanks to Sam and Brent for the A++ customer service and all-around great experience.

Have done business with Sam (owner) for many years, firstly in a different location. He is fair, honest and customer service oriented. Not much more to ask for.

The staff was very helpful in assisting me determine the watch to get for my dad. He was very knowledgable and friendly, which made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. Because it took so long for me to decide what to buy, the staff even stayed open later for me, which helped as I don't usually like to be rushed. The price was reasonable too as I compared it with other online outlets.

Absolutely at a loss of words for this dreadful place. I would first like to comment on the discourteous, ignorant and uneducated salesmen serving as the face of this store. These uneducated and impudent men are selfish and could care less about addressing your proper needs. They are truly in it for a sales pitch while possessing egotistic mannerisms. Secondly, their atrocious behaviour towards particular "races" is sickening. In this sales-based industry, one should be demonstrating good customer service, with educated staff who have respectful manners which this store lacks. I would rate this zero stars if possible.
