I came to Landmark today (Tuesday, June 25th/2019) for a battery replacement for my Seiko SPC087P1 Chronograph Quartz movement. Shortly after receipt and payment ($12), I noticed many scratches on the back case of my watch. I notified the owner of this and he offered his apology and polishing (which would take an extra 3 days). I ended up not leaving my watch with them as I did not feel comfortable leaving my watch with them for another 3 days. After such poor craftsmanship, I had lost all trust in them. This is really a shame because they have good google reviews. But if you are thinking of bringing your watch here for repairs or for a battery replacement, there is a risk that they will damage your watch. After such a bad experience, I will not be coming back and I will certainly not be recommending this place to my colleagues (we all work near this jewellery store), friends and family. Daniel is an honest jeweller and a craftsman. Once had a lady's ring designed; he redid the design when the senior asked for changes. He always has a pleasant smile and is meticulous with his craft. Customer friendly service; always exceeds expectations. Prices are reasonable.

Great service. The counter staff is always courteous and sweet and the repairs are done quickly and as cost effective as possible.

Went to get my watch strap shortened. Friendly service, reasonable price, was ready in 3 hours and they offered a free adjustment, if needed, within 2 weeks. Highly recommend.
