My husband and I had a very positive experience working with Carey at Flux + Form. She was very patient and helpful as we worked through the process to design an engagement ring from my grandmother's cocktail ring. Carey was very thoughtful and sensitive about the sentimentality of the original piece and helped us come up with a design that honoured the original ring's design which was important to me. Carey is very easy to communicate with and it was an absolute joy meeting with her to discuss the progress and design changes throughout the time we worked with her. She really put us at ease and gave us the confidence that she would deliver a super final product. And she really did! We would highly recommend working with her and her team! I love my ring! Thank you Carey :)

I am having my engagement and wedding ring designed here. The shop is beautiful inside and all the designers do beautiful work. They are able to sit down with you and really get at the core of best design for you. Carey is designing my ring and she has made up beautiful sketches for me and has offered valueable advice on making choices that will help my ring fit my lifestyle. I can't recommend this place enough. I hope to have many more pieces made here.

I went with flux + form to make a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiance). I couldn't find what I wanted at any of the other jewelers I visited and Carey got me very excited to work on a custom ring. She took great care to make sure that we stayed within my budget, offered excellent suggestions, and coached me through the whole process! The end result was a stunning ring unlike anything I've seen before. I would highly recommend Carey and flux + form for any of your custom jewelry needs!

Amazing place. I had the pleasure of working with Suzanne on an engagement ring for my fiancé, words can not do her justice. Right from the get go it came across that she was as excited about making this ring as I was. She listened to all my ideas for the ring I wanted and wasn’t fazed. She walked me through every step of choosing a diamond with ease and grace. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience an absolute joy. She was also incredibly accommodating, working with me as I changed or added ideas for the ring and repeatedly changed the time frame for when I needed it by. I must have been a pain to work with, but Suzanne never failed to make me feel excited, heard, and confident in the end result. And what an end result. The ring is exactly what I wanted, within the budget I had, within the time I needed it by. Thank you a bajillion times over to Suzanne, and the entire Flux + Form team for the beautiful ring, the stellar customer service, the professionalism, and the warm environment. Flux + Form is a custom jewellery store in downtown Toronto that’s inviting, flexible to your budget and time, of the highest quality, and professional, all without being pretentious... who knew such a place existed. 10000/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

From one creative to another, it was great collaborating with Kim on an engagement ring and wedding bands for my (now) wife and I... Kim was extremely generous with her time and talent. She incorporated our ideas into beautiful pieces which played a pivotal role on our wedding day. We look forward to seeing Kim's creativity in action again in future projects. Thank you!
