One of my fave jewellery/accessory stores in Toronto. Was looking to buy a B-Day gift for someone and after talking to Richard, who was such a sweetheart, ended up coming back the following day and purchasing another 4 pieces. Contacted Shane (owner) to let him know just how much I appreciate his brand and pieces and how amazing they are. Would recommend anyone go and visit because there's something unique there for everyone!

Bought the PERLEN bracelet loved it. It sadly broke and when I brought it to there customer services attention I showed images from the website where I brought it and a bank statement showed the amount I paid, I was told to glue it and that would fix the problem and if it fell apart again to reach out. ( I also explained that the it fell off and clasp seemed to not work correctly prior to the warranty claim.) The second time it broke beyond fixing. I reach out to customer service and exclaimed the store I bought it from was close now and explain why I didn’t have a receipt, the first time I had no issue with the Customer service rep understanding however the second time I was basically told oh well! I was given 50% off and I understood and was happy to purchase an new one. After receiving my new bracelet i wore it one day and it fell off sadly after spending many hours back tracking trying to find it no luck. I brought it up to customer services attention and was told it was my fault for not clasping it correctly and that they don’t replace lost product I explain it was clasped in and I feel like it may have faulty or defective. I was told they had never heard of the issue prior to my email about the clasp for my second bracket. ( very well knowing I had issue with the first bracelet but thought it was a one off.) overall the brand doesn’t seem to stand behind there product.

Had a bracelet for a year and a half. Wore it everyday, and loved it. A small weld on it broke. I emailed them and they sent me a new one! Very good customer service. I'm going to keep buying their pieces for sure.

Absolutely LOVE this brand . From the design, to the durability this brand does it all. I've owned a couple of pieces that I can wear with just about any outfit. I wanted to purchase some items for friends and family and the woman from customer service (I believe her name is Stephanie) was so kind and helpful. Will keep recommending this brand to everyone I know!

The adhesive on my friends bracelet came a part and hoped to have it replaced under their life time warranty policy. The company’s mission claims to “focus on offering high-quality goods that last. Because the most sustainable thing we can do is produce items that you’ll be happy to wear for longer than just one season.” However the product didn’t last for one season. Stephanie the customer service rep refused to replace/repair the bracelet. Terrible service. Overall 0/5 experience.
