I went into the store today and was greeted by Chris and Amaris. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me by providing great suggestions based on what I was describing. In the end, I had a great experience shopping there. The store was clean, organized. Lighting was good, selection is complete. Good representation of what the brand stands for.

Links Of London should be embarrasses with their abysmal customer experience. They literally make you chase them for any status update on your order, regardless of which shipping method you choose. With the holidays approaching, I decided to place my ordered 1 month in advance, the item had online and in-store stock levels in the dozens. Concerned I still may not receive it in time (based on other reviews) I opted for the overnight shipping option along with the ridiculous rate it accompanied. It's has since been 18 business days without notice, except for the automated "You order has been placed email..." Furthermore, calling the only number they have published greets you with a mailbox full message once you figure our the Fibonacci code of key presses to get to the order status prompt. For the lavish fisaude Links Of London trys to portray, their true colors show through, it's not silver or gold, but rather a brownish shade that resembles excrement. At my limit, I finally called my cc company and disputed the charges, the woman on the phone was not surprised to hear my complainants regarding Links Of London. I encourage all to simply stay away, save your time, your money and your sanity.

I bought online last year and had problems. I gave them a chance this year. I placed my order 2wks ago and called 2 days ago. The person who answers asked to put me on hold momentarily. After 10min I hung up and called back. He couldn't say when they will ship but suggested I call back. I am on hold as I write this. 4min. in. There's something wrong with this company. They ask you to chase them like your time is worth nothing. I will never order from them again. Use caution. FYI everything I ordered from other companies after ordering from Links has arrived without me having to call. Also, I have received shipping information from them.
