I had a great experience here with my watch repair. I have a family heirloom watch and was told that it may never be repaired by many a watch repair shops. My journey to find a shop that could do this repair ended here. My family and I could not be more happier, this treasured piece can be passed on to my children. Thank you for the quality service, for explaining the repair work done in detail.I did find the staff very polite especially especially how busy they are. I know others may have had an equally great experience unfortunately some find nickle and dime complaints representative of there worldly experience.

Unprofessional and unorganized. Price to replace the battery on my Bulova watch was a rip off. Never called to notify when it was ready. When I called, there was never anyone answering. When I finally picked it up, it had a scratch on the front face. Has to be sent away to fix. Upon arrival to pick it up, took about 15 minutes to find it. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't get into a layaway agreement with this business. I lost $165.00 as down payment for a $500.00 watch. Dishonest and very rude. Beware!

Once they receive your money it's very hard to exchange and forget about a refund. The prices are inflated even with their discounts. They will not price match once you pay them. Customer after service is very poor. It is much better to go to a reputable retailer like Sears. The customer service is there and you have 30 days to return or exchange. Again if you pay S. A. & Watches Jewelleries and change your mind a minute later they will keep your money and no way of getting a refund. Never experienced this before. It's like an auction, once you buy it there is no refunds.... We did manage to exchange the gold necklace for a watch that was much cheaper at Sears....We did not know much about gold when we bought the necklace so not sure if it was just gold plated as it looked cheap. She said it was 417 which is Italian gold, same as 14 Karat gold here. After researching on the internet the 417 means the gold is only 10 Karat (41.7% gold). I thought the customer service was non existent and people very rude but this was just the tip of an ice berg. They realize a lot of people can't tell if it's real gold and if it is what the numbers really mean. They will lie and scam people saying the 417 mark on the gold is 14K, it is not it's only 10K.

Saying their prices are "inflated" is generous. Very minor things like taking a link out are a little expensive, but battery replacement, cleaning (which they'll do without even being asked) are a downright rip-off. Go somewhere else. There are better small shops around.
