I went in shopping for an engagement ring and was very pleased with the service I received. All the employees I dealt with were polite, professional, helpful, and best of all, I did not get any pressure to buy that I had felt at other stores. They were knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. The store manager even went above and beyond what I would have expected in order to help me out (internet and fax wasn't working so she ran around the mall trying to find a way to send out the necessary paperwork). Overall a fantastic experience and I cannot recommend them anymore highly. You will not be disappointed.

Simply put: we won't go anywhere else for our jewelry or servicing needs in the future. In my opinion, Kim's (the store Manager) service combined with her 4 day Goldsmith jewelry servicing turnaround time is customer focused service at the highest level. She is extremely understanding, highly competent, and very knowledgeable; this combined with her desire to assist results in OUTSTANDING service every time. We have not stopped singing her praises & can't recommend her enough. Thank you Kim!

I initially went to Charm to get an engagement ring for my finance (which exceeded our expectations) but my more positive experience was when I was looking for my wedding band. When I decided to go out and get my band I wanted something very simple (white gold plain band to match my fiancees ring) at first I thought I'd try my luck at Fairview mall. Even the simple bands in the 6mm range where around $700-$800 and their representatives tried to shill out rings made with materials I didn't want for slightly lower (saying that they were deals only for the deal and that I had limited time to decide). I went back to charm at Conestoga mall (Helped by Heather both times) and describe what I wanted which they had for $299. I'm very please with my ring, would recommend that people looking for the grooms ring try here when shopping around.

Charm Diamond Centres doesn't care about customers. This Waterloo location used to be a Ben Moss. After the Ben Moss store closed, Charm purchased their branding, but they did not take on any liabilities. This left customers like me out hundreds of dollars because Charm will not honour any previous Ben Moss warranties or lifetime service plans. Most companies take on these kinds of liabilities during an acquisition, but not Charm Diamond Centres, because they are greedy and they don't care about you.

I have bought a few things here and luckly I bought the extended warranty because I have had to take 3 necklaces back 5 times already for repair. The only thing I haven't is the earring I got my gf. Staff is helpful and don't have a problem getting items fixed with the extended warranty.
