I came to this store recently to buy my sister a present for her birthday. I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for at the time but was very pleased with my experience. The very pleasant lady there named Alexandra was extremely helpful. She greeted me as soon as I came in the door and spent a lot of time helping me till I found the perfect gift! I don’t think I’ve ever met a sales representative so friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying anything from pandora but I will definitely come back again 😁

Horrible customer service. Although I passed the 90 day exchange period, I was told by a Pandora employee that if I came back after the 90 day period to get the bracelet that I wanted instead, it would be fine as far as it was in an unworn and new condition. I drove all the way to this location as it was the only one that finally had the bracelet I wanted in my size, they said we cannot exchange it for you because you would "benefit from the exchange since a boxing day promotion is going on at the moment". I don't understand why I was even told in the first place that it would be okay come back and exchange the bracelet I wanted after the 90 days if that was something they weren't even allowed to do. The lady who was dealing with my problem was very inconsiderate and completely in denial to exchange my bracelet although the bracelet was in a brand new condition. What a waste of money. The store does not deserve the reputation that it has.

Very poor customer service: the person who was supposed to help me find the product started her sentences with : I cannot... , I don't ... Even if she had the ring I wanted , she preferred not to take it out and show it to me saying instead the ring is not the colour I wanted. They don't bother to show the products to the customers but make it very visible how annoying the customers can be (body language, complaining about customers). I don't recommend spending your money in this store. I will never return.

It was an enjoyful time buying charms in this branch. All the staff are frindly and ready to help. First time, Sally🥇 helped us very much. At our second experience (March 17th) Alena 🌸 was very patient and friendly and helped us with new Queen Bee charms and ring. Alena asked my boy if he wanted any cup-cake that was very nice. The whole store has a very pleasant golden designe, baloons, ribons and ... . I guess there is always a promotion in this Pandora.

I am a huge fan of pandora but I would not recommend this location to anyone. I visited the Fairview location like a week ago when they had this big saving promotion and I had the worst customer service ever. The woman who helped me out seemed really tired(she was telling her coworker how tired she was in front of us). The store didn't have the charm I wanted, so I had to place a"special order". What it means is that I needed to buy something else that is the same price as the charm I actually wanted, bring it back and get it exchanged. It never happened to me before, but I agreed to do it because I didn't want to miss out on the promotion. A couple days after, I received a call from them that they had the charm in store. One day after, I received another call from different salesperson telling me the same message, which was a bit annoying. I finally brought the charm to the store to get it exchanged. I talked to a lady called Alexandria? to pick up my special order and showed her the charm that I had(the one that I had to buy for an exchange). Her first reaction was "what is this?" with such an attitude. She was very rude from beginning and seemed like she had no clue about this special order. After explaining what I was there for, she went in the back room without much explanation. A couple minutes later, she came back out. She asked for the receipt, and I happened to forget to bring it with me. I had it picture taken so I showed it to her, asking if it's okay to show her the picture instead. She said she needed the receipt and needed to talk to her manager in a very arrogant way. I said I had the card that I payed with, hoping it would help her figure out the situation, but she just completely ignored me. She was doing something on her tablet that had customer information, and literally dropped the tablet on the table, telling me to fill out the boxes. In the end, she was able to do the exchange, but she was constantly rude/condescending , didn't really explain what was happening, and almost seemed irritated by me. She put the charm box (that I ordered) on the table, without any words. I grabbed it and said thank you, but still she said nothing. I mean, she clearly had a bad day or something but why did she have to treat me so rude?? I will never go back to this location, just so that I won't ever have to see her again. I would not want to spend a penny in this store, where I felt not welcomed. I hope the store manager reads this, listens to what customers have to say and train the staff properly because otherwise, you will lose a lot of your customers who love the brand.
