The lady who owns the shop is very nasty.

Do not take a watch here to have the battery replaced. The owners wife totally wrecked my husband's watch. When I went back to get it fixed all I got was attitude from the owner-did nothing to try to fix the problem. The owner's father who had the business before would be quite ashamed of his son for his customer service and poor attitude.
