Quick polite service. Had my wedding band sized in half the time quoted. Came back polished. Great service. Decent price.

Dropped off my sister's hubby's ring

You can always guarantee the best service, and amazing quality of every piece they sell. I've bought all my watches from here, and I have never been disappointed. Definitely Norfolk's best jewelry store!

I will try to summarize this as briefly as possible. My boyfriend and I went to get my promise ring resized. When we got it back, it was still too big. We waited for a few months to go back because we were so busy. We came back and asked to get it resized and when we told the clerk that it was still too big she said that it was because they can't go smaller than size 5 or else it could mess up the gem placement or something? We were never told this when we initially picked up the ring. Then the clerk took the ring to the back and said she will have a look at it. When she came back there was this bar wound across the bottom of the ring. She never informed us that she was going to do this. I put the ring on anyways and I took it off and there were scratches from the bar that she put on it. She told me before this that the bar can move around and that it would need to be tightened every so often...what kind of solution is this?! She then looked at it and told me that yes there do appear to be scratches there from me putting in on my finger. So it's my fingers fault? I don't think so. We then asked to speak to the actual jeweler who was in another shop on the phone. He gave us no other options to make my ring fit. He refused many times to make it more smaller or to add more silver so the band would be thicker and fit. He didn't even give us any discount on the price we originally paid even tho they didn't do it properly and never informed us why. The only thing he said he would do was to buff out the scratches that only appeared once the clerk had messed with my ring. The stores items for sale are sketchy as well. For example, a pen stand for a pen was crooked. Jewelry is very outdated. And the staff just staggered around with lots of long silent paused not knowing how to do their job properly. Oh and also, the clerk also tried to persuade me that a size 5 is considered a perfect fit. Which kind of blew me away because nobody is the same size in anything, we are all different.

Sales staff were abrupt, and totally uninterested in helping me, in fact the only two words one spoke to me were "Price range? Worst jewellery store I have ever been in.
