Best Pandora location! Great and friendly staff!

Recieved the worst customer service at Pandora’s jewelry in White Oaks Mall, London Ontario. I asked the sales lady with white hair to show me a tray so I can look for a charm but she was so rude giving me attitude and say NO she cannot take out the tray to show me due to store policy but there were two other customer around me being show multiple trays at once on top of the counter. I felt like she was discriminating me due to my ethnicity. I respectively left without causing a scene because I have common decency which I instead drove across town to another Pandora and spent 800 dollars at the Masonville Mall Pandora. I shop at this store all the time and this is the only time I ever heard of this policy. She didn’t even offer me to look at their booklet of charms if they truly could not show the the trays. There was no effort in her service to provide me with any assistance that I required especially when buying expensive charms. I even called the Manager the following day to make a formal complaint since I went there to pick out my birthday give it, but it ruined my whole day. Being the only customer who cannot pick out a charm made me feel extremely discriminated because others around me got that privilege that I could not.
