I went into Pandora this evening to exchange a ring that my boyfriend had bought me for Christmas. I had never purchased a ring from Pandora before, but within 3 months the rose gold had started to peel on its own and developed almost a tarr like substance underneath, turning my finger black. I assumed it was just defect. I called another location earlier today to make sure that the exchange for a silver one was possible. I was assured there would be no issue. When I walked into Pandora at Bayshore I was told that there was nothing they could do, that it was just wear and tear. Working in retail myself I hate the thought of becoming "that customer", but for the price that you pay for Pandora you don't expect the jewelry to rot on you within 3 months and if it does you expect some compensation. After going back and forth it was agreed upon that I could do the exchange as long as it was for the same price or higher. Throughout all of this confusion and frustration there was one employee who stood out to me. I didn't catch her name, but she looked very young and ended up helping me out in picking a replacement ring. She had this contagious personality with a smile so bright that it completely changed my mood. She stood beside myself and the manager during our back and forth and throughout all of the tension she remained very calm and bubbly. She went out of her way to assure that I knew all of my options and helped me out the best she could. I'd like to say thank you to this lady. I'm not sure of your name, but you cashed me out in the end with my boyfriend beside me. You're a doll and your service made the world a difference today. Thank you :)

Went to exchange a ring size and the lady was BEYOND rude. I don't recall her name because I was simply appalled by her attitude. I walked in and simply said that I was looking to change the ring for a smaller one as my boyfriend bought it for me 2 days ago and I had the receipts. She right away said that she couldn't do an exchange if I was wearing it? I got it the night before and was wearing it to prove the size. After huffing and puffing she got another size and argued with me that it would not fit in the summer despite fitting while indoors. Long story short I kept my ring and left, TERRIBLE service, very disappointed. Go to Rideau, worth the drive for friendlier service.

Went in to get my bracelet washed the employees helping me laughed and asked if I dumped mine in a toilet or something. No, I haven’t I just didn’t take it off for a year. Just go to Rideau, don’t waste your time here.

After waiting 40 minutes in a crowded store to exchange my jewelry, Pascal displayed the merchandise in such an impolite manner. She proceeded to inform me about the functions of the necklace as if I were an unintellectual person. Everything Pascal explained to me, from the exchange policy to the jewelry availability, was exempted from any manners.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Unhelpful staff, ridiculous lines, very rude environment to be in.
