We worked with Denis and Ruth to create a custom engagement ring, using a family diamond, and are absolutely thrilled with the results. I liked the idea of a halo setting, and Ruth expertly guided us through various options and considerations. She was incredibly attentive to my preferences and any concerns, and provided excellent advice on how to achieve the look I wanted, within a budget that we were comfortable with. Throughout the process, the communication was clear and response time was always fast. We felt very comfortable making design decisions with Ruth's expert guidance throughout the whole process. I am beyond thrilled with the result -- the ring is exactly what I wanted, but also better than I could have imagined. Thank you to Ruth and Denis for creating such a perfect engagement ring, and for honouring our family stone with an exquisite new setting.

Denis and Ruth provide excellent service. We met with Denis and Ruth on multiple occasions to create our wedding bands. The pair were knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient throughout. My wifeâ€™s band was custom made. The initial design was derived from a few pictures she found online. The end product surpassed her expectations. Denis and Ruth were always there to answer questions and advise us throughout the process. They also made sure the rings fit the way we wanted them to by allowing us to have them resized free of charge. Iâ€™d definitely recommend Denis Fairhead Jewellers to anyone and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I had my wedding band and engagement rings designed by Denis and I can honestly say they are more beautiful than I could have imagined. They are honest, so easy to talk to and willing to listen to your ideas while giving you expert advice on what will work best with those ideas! Iâ€™ve had some experience with other jewellery designers and can say Denis and Ruth are the best!
