Wrost guest service experience of any store. I was lied to and pressured into a unnecessary repair. Waiting a month over the due date for a sizing only to be told that they couldn't do it.

Came in just to get two fingers sized. Though I came out with the sizes I needed. The customer interaction was lackluster if not at all. I didn't even get greeted, and because I wasn't buying anything at the time it felt like I was just being tossed out. Didn't even ask to write down what my sizes were so I wouldn't forget.

Always the best of service and the quality is great.

I came into People's to customize my wedding ring a while ago, to take off the diamond from one ring and put it on a newer one, wanted something newer and different. The gentleman named Asim went above and beyond to help me customize the ring to perfection without ruining the old one. Keep in mind this was many years ago and recently I came in again to buy jewelry necklace and a bracelet and Asim was there again to help me. To my astonishment he remembered me and the ring from years ago and he kindly offered to clean it for me seeing as the shine had gone away. This man is amazing at what he does and I highly recommend anyone to go see him. I also trust that he does try to give his customers the best price, of course most jewelry places take commission and the man needs to make a living but I don\t think you'll find one more honest than him. I still love my ring very much.

Brought in a ring to get resized on January 3rd and was told it would take 2-4 weeks. It is now February 14th, I have called 4 times and gone into the store once and have been given the run around each time. All that the employees tell me when I speak to them is that the order says it is still in progress and they are not sure why it is taking so long. Totally unacceptable.
