My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me last Christmas at this location. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be able to figure out how to size my ring without putting plating on to cover their mistakes. My skin eats the plating off in a matter of days and I have to go send it away again to be "fixed". I sent it in 4 times to be fix (luckily we purchased the warranty on it) and then had to call head office. The new manager at the store replaced my ring and sent it to a completely different vendor to be sized. I have had it back for about a week and now it is obvious that they have screwed this up again! The area where they sized it is yellow and the ring is made of rose gold, so it stands out horribly! I don't know how they intend to "fix" it this time, but I'm throughly unimpressed!

Standing here 30 minutes. 2 people working... Clearly see me, and taking other customers in front of me.

Sales staff have very poor attitude. Woman huffs and puffs when asked to look at each different ring. Seems very annoyed and bothered. We purchased the wedding ring it was sent for sizing and nobody called to say it was there for pickup. Just an awful location, try another location, your jewelry purchase experience will be horrible here.
