Amazing experience :) Staff were very, very kind and helped me a lot in buying an engagement ring! Quick, knowledgeable and respectful.

Great service. Joyce went over and above to take care of my broken watch. Would definitely go back

If I could give less I would. I ordered my wedding band not only was the staff rude they said I would have my ring within two - three weeks. The women did not seem to knowledgable so I called to check after two weeks. The women who answered told me it takes 4-8 weeks. I told her my wedding is in two her answer was "I don't know what to tell you " my answer was ok i guess I'll have to return it she replied yep whatever you want? Really ? Wow ?

My boyfriend bought my ring from this place. We've had to get it resized 5 times. Every time, I have to ask them to try the resize chain, otherwise they just guess. They give no guidance on how the ring should fit, or recommendations on a size. 2nd last time we sent it off, the girl simply wrote the wrong size down. Now my ring is half a size too big, but I don't want to resize again for fear of the metal getting to brittle. So now I just have a slightly too-big engagement ring. I'm just going to order a ring guard off amazon. To make things even more annoying, other branches won't do the resizing, only the place of purchase. So even though we live in Milton, we had to drive all the way out here every time. What a pain. It's a chain jewelry store. They're only looking to sell and make their commission, after that, they don't give a crap. If we could go back and get it some place else, we would have.
