Bought an expensive watch with a defective link... They tried to fix it, it didn't work, I brought it back again and got a replacement no problem. The lady we dealt with both times had good customer service. The wifey and I were happy and will go there again.

Great customer service from one of the women there, had an issue with a watch i had purchased for my hubby and they replaced it. Was very pleased.

We ordered a wedding band two months ago and were told it would be ready before our wedding (Sept 30). I had to call the store to find out what was taking so long and only then was I told it would not arrive until the middle of October. I don't know why they wouldn't have called me to let me know of the delay or why they lied about when it would be ready. When we went in to speak to someone about it all, the manager Irina was very unhelpful and did not treat us very well. At no point did she apologize for the delay or any sort of solution for us. She could have taken us around the store to find a different ring in stock or something like that. Very disappointed and will not be shopping there again.

My fiance bought my engagement ring from People's at Dixie mall. He got the warranty with it but the paper work had inaccurate information, apparently they were having issues with their system that day. When we went to get it resized, they were again having issues with their system. They took down my info manually and said it would take a couple weeks to have it resized. It didn't take too long, but maybe that has to do with the quick job they did. The center stone in my ring was noticeably crooked. The sales lady who sold it to my fiance tried to say how it wasn't but when I showed it to the manager he instantly saw what I was talking about. He apologized and said he had never had something like this as they are normally very precise but one of the tools must have twisted the center stone. After sending it out again, it came back and it was back to normal but the sizing was still too big. Due to the side stones, they were unable to resize without affecting those diamonds so we looked at the other options. The manager put a gold bracket-like piece on the inside to make it smaller. Before leaving I asked for another (paper) box for the ring and the same sales lady who sold it wasn't going to give me one. Over $4,000 for a ring but she couldn't spare a paper box. The manager told her to give me a box it wasn't an issue. The inside bracket didn't work so when I went back again to see what they could do, the manager didn't want to cover the fee to put gold spacers inside so he tried to double wrap the bracket-like piece. This made this beautiful ring, look like something from a gumball machine. Also, my mom reminded me of the gift certificate I was given with the purchase of my ring, she was with my fiance when he bought the ring. The same sales lady kept changing her stories, first saying the one I got was expired, then she said I never got one to begin with, then she said she called me to remind me to use it, but when I asked what number she left the message she said I wasn't on the calling list... did not make sense. I ended up returning the ring and up to now I am so thankful I did. We will not be returning for our wedding rings or any other jewelry there.
