The best of the best for customer service, professionalism, friendliness, knowledge & overall experience.

My experience with People Jewellers in the Pen Centre was not a positive one. I brought my engagement ring in to be re sized and when it returned it was still a bit big (my fault in ordering the wrong size). So they shipped it back for me and I waited for another 3+ weeks for it to be returned a second time. When I went in to receive it, I discovered the size of the ring was actually bigger than when I first sent it in. I was very disappointed by the lack of empathy I was shown by the sales employee who at first did not apologize at all but rather continually said, "you signed the slip of paper which had the ring size on it so you should have seen the error." I told her I was getting married in 2 days and she didn't seem to care at all but kept defending herself and the store. It wasn't until the end that she finally apologized on the manufacturers behalf which didn't seem all that sincere. I understood that it was partly my fault but I would have appreciated a little more kindness. Unfortunately, this experience has made me never want to shop at People's again.
