Really surprised by the negative reviews I'm seeing. I've been here twice, and both times the service was excellent. I don't know the first thing about diamonds, and they were incredibly helpful and patient in explaining everything I'd need to know before making a purchase decision. Will definitely come back.

AWFUL customer service. Walked in there twice, first was to purchase a $1000 wedding band and was treated almost as if I was a nuisance to them (two older ladies). Went back in again to get ring sized and same treatment. Even overheard the employee whisper to another employee "You can go in the back while I deal with this". Absolutely will not be returning to Peoples. Disgusting, considering how much money people are willing to spend on jewelry just to be treated as if they are annoying your staff. If I had the option to put zero stars, I would.

Poor customer service. None of the ladies wanted to help as we waited for approximately 15 minutes. Not even so much as a acknowledgement of our presence or anything.

Got yelled at for taking a pic of a ring I liked, then they made us feel so uncomfortable after that. And then they pushed the security button that played a recorded voice saying "video servalance is watching your every move" in stead of asking if I'd like to try it on they just stood in the corner watching us and talking about us. Then there was another couple taking pics but nobody said anything to them. Any other store was more then happy to help us and told us to take pics. I will be making a big purchase very soon, just not at your store.the micheal hill staff are much friendlier and accomodating .you should ask them to train your staff .
