Good service and beautiful genuine jewelry. I bought a pair of opal earrings years ago, and they're still in perfect condition! The other reviews for Glamour did not apply for me. Good jewelry needs good care!

Earing are not sterling silver and the service is terrible. The items look good but are junk, probably cheap Imports.

Beware of this store - they sell fake jewelry and try to pawn it off as genuine! In a recent trip to Niagara Falls I purchases two silver rings for my daughters. We went into the store twice - as they were not cheap - and both times verified that the rings were sterling silver. After being assured that they were, we purchased two rings. Now, within a few months, both rings have turned black and cannot be polished back to looking anything remotely like silver. I submitted a complaint only to be told that the rings are actually NOT silver and that, as my purchase was a mere 5 months ago, nothing can be done to compensate me. I would not recommend this store to anyone as 1) they provide false information and 2) they do not handle complaints adequately.

Our experience with Glamour has been extremely poor – they do not stand by the quality of their product and customer service was terrible. We visit NOTL annually and over the years, my husband has purchased for me several pairs of earrings from Glamour. Unfortunately, one pair were poorly designed (too long a loop) and kept falling out. I returned, with the receipt, but Glamour would not exchange them. Instead I was given plastic backings and told to try them, which I did and they did not fit. I e-mailed the owner/manager, Jennifer Lee, who told me to scan the receipt and send it, which I also did – she did not respond. On our recent visit, we went into Glamour and I again requested an exchange, for the same price ($33), for a similar pair of earrings, that were of a practical design. Ms. Lee stated that the earrings could not be proven to be the same as on the receipt, insinuating that I was not telling the truth. I said that I was very disappointed that she would not stand behind the quality of her product and that “I would not be back”. She replied “good, we don’t want you back”. She then spoke in a very loud voice “close the door, you’re letting my heat out!”. Thankfully, this lack of professionalism and customer service is not representative of any other NOTL retail experience.
