I bought a necklace with my daughters name. When i picked it up, the piece did not resemble my daughters name. I asked for this issue to be escalated to the store manager and they refused to make any changes, saying that I only had one specific day that I could go in to speak to the manager. I went again today and they still refused to send it back to be fixed like they said they would. I spent more than $100 on this necklace and I am not able to use it, as my name was made incorrectly. They provided horrible Costumer Service and their products are of very poor quality. I suggest that no one ever buy anything from Magnolia.

I had always paid the price for magnolia because I thought they stood by their product. Even though it is overpriced, I thought their quality made it worth it, until recently. I had purchased a set of earrings last year (over 60 dollars) because they went with a specific outfit. I had found them in a teal colour, even though others they had in the same product were turquoise. I lost one and took the other back to Oakville Place, where i had purchased it. They said they could match it exactly. I was very specific about the fact that i needed it to be the right colour. They had to take the one i had left and made me pay upfront (35 dollars) for the replacement. I shouldve been smarter and taken a picture, but foolishly, i trusted them. I fully expected them to tell me if they couldnt match it but once they had my money I was screwed! Several weeks later i received a totally new PAIR, not matched to my old one but a new pair in the turquoise colour. It matches NOTHING i own. It is very obviously two new earrings but I can get no satisfaction from them. The staff and manager at the Oakville location tell me they contacted their head office who swear all they did was match the one i had. I am neither senile, nor stupid. I know the difference between teal and turquoise. I had looked for a long time to find the exact colour that i wanted. I am well known for wearing jewellery that perfectly matches my outfit and i am certainly not colour blind. When i asked for a contact name or email at head office to take this further the manager told me she was not permitted to give out this information- really????? They dont know the meaning of customer service. So for the sake of about 100 dollars they have just lost a customer that has purchased countless items from them. Btw in the meantime i had discover Kilo jewellers who are better quality, less expensive and seem much more interested in customer service
