Staff is great at this store, I had a little chat with an older woman who worked there and just loved it. Felt very welcome and was a good environment!

They are always helpful and friendly when we go in! Never have any issues getting repairs done or getting rings cleaned. They always remember me and my ring, making the experience amazing! Quality of the jewelry is great!

I was there with my grandma earlier today as well as my daughter. My four year old daughter had a stuffed animal and had thrown it up in the air, which I hadn't seen. A staff member approached me, and spoke to me like I was scum (meanwhile we were about to drop nearly a thousand dollars there) she said to me in a rude tone "we are trying to have a diamond show here and your daughter is launching her toy all over" Totally understand, I hadn't realized she had been disruptive, I wouldn't have allowed that, in fact after that stuff member told me that, I brought her outside and waited for my grandmother to buy her ring. Since we were there spending money, I think she could have been a little bit more tactful in her delivery of that message instead of judging my appearance and treating me rudely. A simple, hey, I don't mean to interrupt, can you ask her to not throw her toy, thanks very much, I don't want to make a fuss". Totally cool, she's usually super behaved, hence why I didn't realize what she had done. But to approach me and sound insulting was not good customer service. And I work in customer service, and when I have had to warn parents about safety concerns, I am extremely careful in my delivery and tone so as not to embarrass customers. I felt humiliated at how this girl spoke to me in front my her Co workers and my grandmother. My grandmother purchased the ring, but only because it was slightly nicer than the one at peoples. She said after this visit. She will stick with peoples. This staff member picked the wrong two customers to alienate, my grandmother buys more rings than groceries.
