Terrific and personalized attention. Evan is fantastic. He helped me redesign my ring into a beautiful setting, I am thrilled with the result. Excellent advice and guidance. I highly recommend London Gold for any of your jewelry needs, especially redesigning old rings into something meaningful.

London Gold is amazing to deal with. They did an amazing job resetting my engagement ring into a new band. I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer of London Gold for 10 years. Although infrequent, when I did visit them, I always really liked their selection and service. However this week when I visited, several display cases were filled with chocolates so the jewelry selection was minimal. The woman working there spent more time describing the chocolate-making process to me than talking to me about the jewelry I came in for. Very disappointing. I don't want to buy my good jewelry from a candy store.

Happy I had a backup location (Gold Dollar Exchange) to go to after coming here. Never sold jewelry before so I didn't know what to expect. I had two yellow gold necklaces, a yellow gold pendant, and two white gold rings. The older guy here said the white gold rings weren't white gold (which I thought might be the case) and wasn't interested. He then looked at the yellow gold necklaces and pendant in incorrectly said they were all 10K and offered me $65 for the yellow gold. I said no and went to the next place where I was told rings ARE 14k and 18k white gold and that my yellow gold items were 10K and 14K, not just 10K. For just the yellow gold, I was offered over $100 more than what was offered at London Gold. I know these guys have to make their margins and selling gold won't pay you too much but damn. The guy thought my white gold rings weren't white gold and wanted to give me pennies for the yellow gold that he mistakenly thought was all 10K. The responses from the owner on these reviews should've been a red flag for me. 2 Stars because at he wasn't rude when we interacted.

Went in to get some ‘old drawer’ jewellery appraised and was not expecting much. More out of curiosity. Turned out not to be of any real worth which is fine. But the London Jewelers experience was an interesting dichotomy. The first attendant was very friendly and helpful and you can tell makes the customer feel comfortable… Until… The old patriarch comes out to do the assessment. The old man is an interesting combination of smug, arrrogant and a knob! I would consider going again but perhaps when Mr. Burns wasn’t in the shop .
